Works Overview

onepoto_domain_reserve.JPGThe project required immediate slope stabilisation by way of a native revegetation planting.  The area has many archaeological sites with specific cultural and planting requirements to adhere to.

Wetland Solutions completed this project on time and within budget.

Works included:

  • Review Planting Plan
  • Eco-sourced plant supply (38,250)
  • Planting
  • Ecological weed control

Background

The site had been cleared of vegetation due to the upgrade of stormwater pipes.  On completion of these works the entire site needed re-planting.

Purpose

  • To re-establish the site with native plant species using large grade plants and a close planting density.
  • To stabilise the steeply sloping hill face.

  • Management of archaeological sites

Scope

Stage 1 - Review Planting Plan

Stage 2 - Supply and plant eco-sourced plants (38,250)

Stage 3 - Ecological weed control
